Cookies are short text strings (letters and/or numbers) used by the web server to store information on the client (browser) so that they can be retrieved during the visit to the site (session cookies) or days later (persistent cookies). Browsers will store cookies on users’ devices (computer, tablet, Smartphone) depending on selected preferences. Similar technologies, such as for example, web beacons, transparent GIFs and all forms of local storage introduced with HTML5 can be used to collect information on users’ behaviour and interaction with the service provided. In this document, the term “cookie(s)” will refer to all types of cookies and similar technologies.

The user can decide whether to accept cookies or not by changing the browser’s settings. Disabling third-party cookies will not affect the navigation of the website.
